Sorry for what is probably a dumb question ... where would I find a version of the manual PDF with an accurate (among other things) section on combat POA’s? The one that appears to be installed on my PC with the game seems to have all the “old” values (e.g. +100 impact for heavy chariots rather than +150, heavy weapons having no impact advantage for mounted, etc.) ... and yes, I have purchased and installed the actual updates and DLC’s ...

The manual has not been updated. We plan to do so at some time in the future, but we don't want to do it repeatedly, so we are waiting till more of the DLCs have been done.

In the meantime, all of the changes can be found in the PatchNotes.rtf document in the main directory of the game build. This can also be viewed from the game launcher.

Ah, I see. Sooooo ... when the release note/change log says the manual has been changed (which I recall seeing in at least the last two updates), what is that referring to? The in-game ctrl-click extra details?

It is referring to changes that would affect stuff in the manual.

Well a yearly update is too much to ask? Shouldn't take that much effort...
