SUGGESTION: Arbitrarily Set Folder for Mods

At the moment, if we use Mods, they must go into the ...Documents\My Games\ folder (on Windows 10).
This folder is (by default) located on the C:\ drive, the drive also used for the operating system. Our fastest, most expensive drive is usually given this job, a super-fast SSD, if we are fortunate. Unfortunately, being expensive and modern, these drives are also relatively small.
Mods, like the TT Mod, are very large, and soon gobble up precious C:\ drive space. This drive would best be used for the many small files which are frequently and rapdily needed. Mods hog space and I think would be better placed in a larger drive, one more suited to storage than access.
Could we please support the option to manually select the folder where Mods will be found? At present, we are forced to have them on the C:\ Drive.
