I downloaded Wolves today, installed it several times, was told it was installed, but it doesn't show up in the game. I'm also informed, every time I open the game, there's a new version available. I've installed the update several times. What have I done wrong?

steam or site version?

I'm having the same problem.
Download version of the game (not Steam).
I upgraded to latest version 1.5.12.
I purchased and downloaded the WatG installer (v1.5.12)
Entered my licence key.
It says it installed, but nothing shows up.
Every time I start the game it says there is a newer version available?

This is the advice from technical support:

3. Install the game
4. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select "Field of Glory II".

5. Click in the button "Check Serial".
You should see then the name "Field of Glory" being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".
6. Do the same in step 4 and 5 for unlocking all your other DLCs.
7. Then click on the "Next" button in order to proceed with the installation of the base game and your DLCs.
