Tickets

I have problems logging in to multiplayer games (it wont run). I have ended up buying a new computer and a new version of the game. But I still cant run it as it wont let me download the latest upgrade.
So I have contacted slitherine support and have received an automated reply saying a new ticket has been raised, and a choice of 3 buttons to press, with no explanation of what the 3 buttons do.

What does the new ticket mean? Someone will contact me soon, or someone will contact if I press the right button?

Which is the right button to press if I want someone to help me?

Unless the system has changed, they normally contact you automatically. Having said that, my last response from them did not include any buttons, so perhaps the system has changed.

I will try to find out.

They have contacted me now Richard. Gave me a good explanation of what's going on, and possible solutions. Hopefully I can resolve the problem tomorrow.

I am still curious as to the buttons, I didnt press any of them.
