Vote on who's figures are best

I've now added a facility for user voting to my
15mm manufacturers listings so you can rate the various manufacturers you have figures for - and see what other people have voted for too!

I'm not entirely sure what that means, but I have now managed to find and implement a way to avoid the whole page reloading every time you vote - so it should be easier, faster and cheaper for us all
I also tidied the whole page up a bit - hope you like it!
