core advance between scenarios in campaign?

Just a basic question:
Is there a trick to getting the core from one scenario to the next in a campaign? I'm working on a campaign and all of a sudden I'm worried about it...
So how does one ensure the core carries over (either completely or partially) from one scenario to the next, in scenarios?
thanks!

The basic answer is that you need to add land/naval/air command points to the (next) scenario.
And you need to add deployment hexes of course.
Not sure if this is what you are asking`?

One other thing that we have encountered is the need to include all core factions on the Alliances tab in every scenario going forward. The campaign stops and shows a bizarre strat map if surviving core units from the previous scenario are not allowed to be carried forward to the next one. I think that, if you don't want them to be used in the current scenario, you can either list their faction as Neutral or create a trigger to exit their units immediately upon Scenario Start. Perhaps Erik or somebody else can comment on that.

Thanks Bru -- I haven't tried integrating the scenarios into a campaign yet. But I think what you are saying is that as long as you have CPs and deployment hexes in the next scenario (designated for the appropriate factions) the core units will carry over.
That's what I was asking -- Thanks!
