As the FoF errata inludes:

P.175 Points of Advantage reference sheet
Impact Phase
The impact phase + POA for Heavy or Scythed Chariots in Open Terrain should not be included
in the “Any one of..” section. In particular, Heavy Chariots with Light Spear capability can count
both if the conditions for each apply.

Shouldn't the PDF QRS be updated to include this?

Good point.

It would mean that the chart on the QRS differs from the one in the rules but then the errata does in fact effectively change the chart in the rules.
