Slitherine

If you have a CIC-officer and you fly your stack formation (3x Jupiter, 1x Atlas, 1x Manticore, 1x Celestra) with +12 offensive points, then your Celestra and your Manticore aren't slow enough to stay on their positions. You have to fly detours with them from time to time, which makes things more difficult to manage during battle but in a negative way. Is that a bug or on purpose? That wasn't the case in the old game version before the veterancy update, if I remember well.
