Semper Fi achievement won't trigger

I have 5 marines units with 2+ kills each. Haven't gone below difficulty level 3, though it's possible I went from 4 to 3 at some point. Only other possible reason I can think of, 2-3 of the units were imported from Boot Camp. This is on GOG, latest update.
