Hi, the purchase everything button is not working on the IPad, It freezes when I try to purchase the option. Can someone please help?

I'm sorry you are having problems with this. Did you purchase any of the individual DLCs separately? Also, have you tried restarting your device and can you otherwise access iTunes without issue on the device and connection?

The store itself is built within the game, but all payments and orders and such are processed via iTunes, so this does not directly connect to us in any way

I have purchased 3 DLCs, those being Operation Sealion, Blizkreg France, and Operation Husky. I have no trouble connecting to ITunes/ App Store. Two factor verification is on the account, but doesn't seem to be a problem

It may then be that the previous purchases are locking you from purchasing the Mega Pack, so have you tried purchasing the missing 3 DLCs separately and does this work?

Battle Academy should not be working like this, but this may be what is preventing this from working as normal

I just tried purchasing Rommel in Normandy, same thing happens. I am going to see if it is a problem on apples end as battle academy is missing from the Apple Store.

I talked with apple and they were no help at all

I am running on iOS 8.4

Sorry for the belated reply on this, but we needed to test these on our older iPads, which also needed to be charged as they have not been used in a long time, so this took longer to check than usual. However as the App is 32-bit, and therefore not compatible with iOS 11 or newer, then as part of removing 32-bit apps from the iTunes store to allow these to be purchased on newer devices, we have also found that this has stopped any in-app purchases from being able to be purchased as well. As a result, unfortunately you can no longer purchase DLC or make in-app purchases on any of our 32-bit games. I'm sorry for this.
