I'm sure all you devs have your hands full with other projects, which is completely understandable and expected, given the circumstances.

So would it be possible to create a modding tool or at least make Carrier Deck moddable, so for those out there with great ideas and more time on their hands could contribute to this wonderful game in their own way?

The DEV really has not answered any request from day 1... he has his money and ELVIS has left the building.
