Is there a comprehensive list out there of what die rolls "quality re-rolls" apply to?

I know some are obvious... close combat, cohesion...

Then there's the questionables... does it apply to shooting? Complex Moves? .. these are questionables b/c I simply can't recall and don't have the rulebook handy. This being the point of the post.

Then the obvious no's... death rolls come to mind.

But I'd love a list.. there must be one somewhere... someone?

Quality rerolls apply to:
Complex move tests (but see below)
Sacking a fortified camp
Shooting and close combat rolls to hit
Cohesion tests

They do not apply to:
Death rolls
CMTs to prevent shock troops from charging without orders
Variable move rolls

And rolls to avoid stragling when arriving from an outflanking march

They do apply.

The only rolls they don't apply to IIRC are VMDs, death rolls, rolls to kill generals and CMTs to avoid charging if shock troops
