I was using the Open Office SpreadSheet program. Still good? Something better out there?
Want to add a unit

Been a way awhile (so many games so little time.)

:D Agree

I'm using MS Excel to export the units.csv directly. Although other users seem to have problems with Excel, I'm quite used to it and find the colouring, find&replace and filtering functions to be useful when editing.

And there's also this thread: Modifying the Units File

Thanks GabeKnight! And thanks for that forum string. I know there have been some updates that broke one mod I worked on.

A MAVIS-but didn't have a 3d model. Mod doesn't work now.

Going to do attempt something simple. Aliasing a DC-3

For the CSV files to work properly in Excel, you have to "import" them, not just open via double-click! It needs the "conversion-assistant" to pop up!

Maybe this'll help: http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtop ... 57#p708757

Always thought Japanese needed more transports. Slowly relearning and getting there. More draft then final MOD product.
Now to get the 3d model in there with the proper colors so it can be used in the editor-Ugh  :?
