Okay, firstly, hello to the forum. Secondly, I have seen Panzer Corps a few weeks played by a Youtuber and have decided to get it. I have finished the base game campaign with Germany, but the expansions are darkened and I cannot access them. It says that they are not installed and asked me to purchase it. But there are folders with the necessary files for them. I have tried myself to do something, put them in a DLC folder, expansion folder, the main game directory, everything, but nothing. What should I be doing, can someone tell me?

welcome to the forum, the game comes with all DLC for patch reasons, but you still have the buy the DLC to unlock and play them in game, without the correct serial number for each DLC, the game won't let you access and play them,
