How many shooting dice does a BG of 6 bases in two ranks in effective range have?
a) 3+2 shooting dice
b)3+1 shooting dice

Regards,

Panos

Assuming that all are shooting at the same target, and that there are no other troops shooting at the same target that would contribute half a dice, 3 + 1.

Option B is correct, although to be pedantic, it is really 3 + 1.5 dice, which effectively becomes 3 + 1. Other BGs could shoot at the same target and add another .5 dice.

so how does it happens if the 0.5 other BG dice isn't with the same POA (ie: not the same shooting weapon)

You use whichever POA is worse for that dice. (This is covered by the rules, I don't have a copy with me to quote the page).
