I've been playing Carthage and the Resources Reserves has been stuck at 99% for decades. I've built farm after farm and also blacksmiths. I can't get the 99% to move up to complete the objective. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

you must have enough surplus of food (at least 7 per turn) and at least 2 open trade routes.

Thanks for the quick reply. The food icon shows +58 last turn and I'm currently trading with 4 countries.

How do i send a save file?

well, the saves are usually located here C:\Users\PC\Documents\My Games\Aggressors Ancient Rome\Saves\ Just pick one of the save files and send it by email.
Alternatively (if you have a Steam version) you can publish it directly in game and I will download it from Steam workshop.
