Slitherine has announced the upcoming release of Commander: Napoleon at War (CNaW) by Freeverse for the MAC. CNaW is the second game in the Commander series, using an improved engine from Commander: Europe at War (CEaW). Where CEaW takes place during World War II, CNaW brings the Napoleonic era to life. Expect a compelling classic TBS (turn-based strategy) experience with CNaW. A release date for CNaW has not yet been set.

Yep, this is good news.
Now, I'd like for you guys to reach a deal with Freeverse to port Gates of Troy. Think of it as a reprinting, a second edition, etc.

Great news. . . however, one minor quibble, it's Mac (or Mac OS X or Macintosh) not MAC. Mac users notice this. I know it's minor, but I just thought I'd mention it. Great news, though, Freeverse is a great company.

Ah, no, misunderstanding, gudin. Iain means they have made a special version for MAC, Military Airlift Command, not the Macintosh.

I guess I totally underestimated the market value there. I imagine the historical gaming market there is quite under-served.

See, this is what I love about the Slitherine forums. People here can appreciate a joke.
In all fairness, he means Macintosh. That's what Freeverse does.
