Threatened flank

The -1 CT modifier for "threatened flank" in the tabletop rules comes with a bit of baggage viz:
* doesn't apply to skirmishers
* "page 136 - definitions of "threatened flank" "Any part of the BG is less than six MUs away from ANY table edge"
Do these limitations apply in the PC game as well? What's the equivalent distance from the edge of the playing area"?
thanks
Tony

The first one applies, the second one doesn't. We felt that the deployment area restrictions were sufficient without a -1 CT modifier for being near the map edge. (The tabletop version allows all troops to be deployed right up to the table edge)

That's clear. So basically the definition is:
"A BG of non-skirmishers has a threatened flank if there are enemy non-skirmishers currently in charge reach and capable of charging the BG's flank/rear in the next turn."
One edge case: if the BG is in a BUA or anything that eliminates the negative effect of flank charges, does that prevent the -1 factor from being applied?

Yes
