[Question] Restricting Units

Building a coop scenario based on historical post-1945 campaign.

Would like to prevent the players from buying some of the wonky units like T-28 and other experimental stuff.

Is there any way to exclude units for purchase?

Yes, there's an option for it in the campaign editor. But to be honest, it's kind of buggy at the moment as this feature "deactivates" itself after loading a savegame file.
