Point me in the right direction, please

I did a search for "cross platform save" and came up with nothing.
Is it possible for me to save progress on my Windows laptop, then load that on my Mac?
Again, please forgive if this has already been covered, and point me in the right direction.

I found a workaround to this problem in Civ 5 (all these purchased through Steam, by the way), where I could locate the saved games folder and copy the save file to my Mac. It would load with no problems. Perhaps this is possible with Order of Battle?

Thanks and Happy New Year to all...
Brad

I haven't done it cross-platform, but I have done it cross-machine using a thumb drive and it worked.

Don't know either. Try it. Savegame location on Windows machines: ..\User\Documents\MyGames\Order...\Savegames

Hi thgmusic,

it works, doing it all the time.
As GabeKnight stated you need to copy the files from Windows ..\User\Documents\MyGames\Order...\Savegames --> onto /users/... on the MAC side depending on your MAC installation (difference if you installed via Steam or by "hand").

In my case (Steam) i find the installation in /users/your account/Order of Battle - WW2 and there is the /Savegames folder.

Have a good start into the new year.
