Click the "Internet game" button at the top of the screen. It's visible most of the time

i did it but nothing apyared in the game list.

No, it just means the lobby was empty. You probably need to arrange a time to play someone until the lobby picks up. Hopefully the patch & Cultof Mithras will stimulate some interest in multiplayer.
