Hi, im having problems to load the game.

Ive purchased recently with the expansion Bloody road. Firt, install the core game. From the menu update to last patch 1.06.3 and then install the expansion.

Once installed everything, could load the game properly and after play tutorial dont noticed any problem. But went try to launch the game a second time, allways appears an crash error through the direct access of the game (CW2.exe)

I send you both screens with the error message.

Hope you can help me with this problem.

nothing readable in the file for me, so can you upload a report thanks, so some more details are given thanks and sorry for your issue, but not enough information to go on in the post

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just zip the file then attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then not permitted to attach to the forum, where as a zip file is.

Open the game installation folder and delete the userpath.ini file. Start a new game and check if the issue persists.

is what support are mentioning on any errors which sound like your having, so post a report and or do that as well and see if it helps, good luck

Also attach the !Main log.txt file.

I am getting the same thing but a different exception
