I know Apothecaries can heal themselves but Pain boys cannot. Believe that any unit that heals other units should be able to heal themselves for all faction?

I suppose that has a lore reason. Pain Boys treatment is more like torture, and they like to torture others, not themselves.

Apothecaires can't bring themselves back to life in 40k and do not run around in groups so the space marine lore is out the windows.
