Cannot Download latest update

I purchased OOB Endseig but it will not install because I need the latest update v7.x.x. I found it on the support site but unable to download... What is wrong? I am concerned because I see all the issues posted for this update.

please try a different browser, or login to your account here in the members section and download the update direct from the links there, it's in the support tab above this page
and have you tried this?
Delete the Settings folder that can be found in the Windows documents folder at:
...\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2
Run the game and check if the issue persists.

And please, someone should "unstickie" all the
version 6.1.x threads and replace (or at least rename) them

Thanks everyone... I was able to download the update for WWII from my member games. It worked great and I now have Endsieg...
