Import from Matrix/Slitherine into Steam

I bought the Rise of Persia module on the Matrix website but the game is on the Steam universe. I'm trying to find a way to import the module into Steam. Is there a method for doing this? Thanks.

Actually, in case of the FOG2 DLCs, the Slitherine store serial number functions as a Steam key. Just activate it as a product on Steam normally.
