Hi,
I purchased Winter War and Sandstorm DLC in the autumn sale yesterday (26.11.18) and when I launch the game I get the usual launcher menu, then mod menu. I select OOB in the normal way but am presented with a black windowed screen, without progression the the game opening video. My game is latest version and I ran the Steam verify game files without success.
Any suggestions please?

Delete the Settings folder that can be found in the Windows documents folder at:
...\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2
Run the game and check if the issue persists.
