Game works great until I try the mission Chapter Five-MK II mission. When attempting to start that mission, no matter what my fleet composition is,I get extremely low FPS and high stuttering making the game pretty unplayable. Have not been able to bypass this mission to see if it continues. All previous campaign missions work fine. I have created maxed size skirmishes without any trouble or slowdown. Normally run game on Ultra, have attempted to lower graphics to low for that mission with no effect.

Attempted to attach Dxdiag file, get told it's not a valid extension.

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just attach it to your post as it's a zip file which is then permitted to attach to the forum.

Zip the file and attach it.

I have the exact same issue. Everything is fine, the game is great, until I reach the 5th mission with the scorpia shipyards. I also found a discussion on steam about it:

There it is said, that you are working on the issue.

Nevertheless, let me put my information here, in case it helps. Save file of the mission is included together with the dxdiag. Sadly I didn't find my output_log as described in the support thread.

This should be fixed in the next patch.

A fix for this will be in the next patch, scheduled for release next week.

I'd like to request that Anabasis allows the player to name the ships just as in the campaign. I really hate most of the canned names.
