Player objectives.

I'm currently playing the Seleucid Empire. I have objectives of fleet and cavalry building, also Antiochia fortifications. I've been building ships, cavalry units and have fortified Antiochia up to a Palisade. Every progress bar is still at zero. What am I missing?
Thanks for any opinions.

This could be a bit more clear but in short you need Triremes and Hoplite cavalry.

This seems to be pretty clear?
Antiochia is the biggest city of the ancient world but it lacks proper fortifications. Without city walls, the city is vulnerable and unable to withstand any long siege.
Palisade is not city walls.

Physical. To achieve the game's goals, the player must use some form of physical skills, such as manipulating a game controller deftly or quickly typing the correct key sequence cleanmaster.
Mental. ...
Randomness.

maybe this is just a misunderstanding and it is related to another game and not Aggressors. In case you really meant to post this in Aggressors forum, I would like to hear a bit more details about what you are refering to.
I am not sure what do you mean by using "physical skills" or game controller to quickly type the correct key sequence. This is not a RTS so there is absolutely no difference in using keyboard shortcuts slowly or quickly.
I am also not sure what do you mean by your "randomness" note.
