I believe is't about time to play (finish) Sandstorm...END (-Sieg) is at the gates
So my questions are: Is Sandstorm bug free now ? Are there any critical / major / minor obstacles spotted?

I'm just before the Sandstorm (my first time)...so I'm curious about any bugs (that were not fixed) till today
Or there are no bugs and I can play smoothly

Absolutely nothing was changed in the Sandstorm campaign from 6.1.9 to 7.1.4.
A simple file comparison showed differences in following campaign/scenario files, but don't ask me about details:

In my professional opinion: Yep and no.
(tested with v7.1.5beta2, above statement in regard to campaign/scenario evaluaton only; possible engine errors, minor stat deviations, and issues resulting from after-beta changes are explicitly excluded)

When may we expect The 7.1.5

I don't think I am violating any protocol by telling you that the next patch is a big one, encompassing many fixes that have been reported to the new bug database. They have a beta patch out which some of the regulars have been looking at and the plan seems to be that if all goes well, the new patch might be released in early to mid-January. What I say is unofficial, of course, so please bear that in mind.
