multiplayer server down

Hi, I can not connect to multiplayer server since last Friday, is it a common issue or my problem?

I am able to login correctly currently, so unfortunately it must be a local ISP issue
It does seem a little slow to initially login though, so perhaps give it some more time.

the games advert page tells me it is checking for updates on the advert page. clike updates and was sent to steam were i bought the game.
unable to log in as well. tried to on steam/ message received after i tried to UNINSTALL, thinking i would re INSTALL later:
unable to uninstall/ app is running
I have spent 82 hours on this game. If you can show me how to uninstall, then I could at least reinstall it.
HELP please.
