Good tip videos, threads, wikis, etc. for noobs?

I'm enjoying the game. I used to love Battle Academy and I know it evolved out of that and Pike and Shot. Struggling mightily. I watched the Mike Chung tutorial videos. Helpful start to understand game mechanics but I think I also need some more practical applied game play type advice.

And to add to this, any good scenarios to ease myself in (besides the tutorials which I've done)?

You could also read my semi-noob AAR http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtop ... 93&t=88427 showing that you can win a level III game with a terribly bad plan. Very encouraging to noobs! :)
