Combat sequence issue

In multiplayer mode with simultaneous turns enabled what is the combat turn sequence?

Example, if I have one unit that may have two or more other enemy units adjacent to, the other player can get three, four or more turns of fire before I can either shoot or move my unit.

Just wonder if anyone knows the combat order of fire.

Depending on the answer above can there be more of an initiative order put in place? Just doesn't seem fair at times that all enemy units can fire or move before one click of my unit.

In multiplayer things happen as you order them. So it depends who orders what first.

First clicked first shot. But multiplayer we dont play simultaneous because it gives the host an advantage
