I have not seen a Post from the DEV's on this game after release are they gone ?
I also have spotted a few bug but see no place to post them....

all tech support posts have been answered, so yes fully supported
regarding comments and feedback to users questions, that's a time issue, as most developers can leave themselves a bit thin on the ground if they have other interests and life balances to deal with as well as forums replies, that's why some do tech support posts and replies and some don't, it depends on free time for each developer etc and what projects there on atm etc etc
