Yes but only as an allied contingent, not a full list.

Just was wondering are there going to be Libyians and Nubians in the lists and are they all going to be Light foot.
Are there going to be armies in this book that will stand up to open play in comps, historicaly there seems to be a lot of unprotected foot about and unless Assyarians or Bayablions there seems to be little Cavalry that would worry people. I know they have chariots but still a lot of the foot in the armies would be unprotected or maybe I'm completely wrong.
Just a thought not that I know anything about the list at all. Somewhere in there theres a Camel heavy army with archers might be good.

My fear is that if you want Camelry with bite you will have to wait for Tuareg.

uncouth camels recieve a double - on manners then............. :)

No cheers for that I take it then you don't reckon on seeing many Libyan armies in any future comps. This book might if the armies are the type I think, might lead to a one book comp then, no i can't see that either. Still i do like the thought of a Libyian or Nubian army.

I will give my libyan army a run out at least once in FoG. I only have 100 bases of light foot javelins to go with the 60 medium foot bow and 60 bases of medium foot javelinmen and the sea people ally. It was about a 650 point DBM army and is something like 1200 points in FoG.

I will give my Nubes a run just for old times sake. I don't expect to win, but I do expect them to be very hard to break too.
