I have 2 games on the go at present and I've achieved more than 25% advantage before the 40% mark and I haven't been awarded the victory. Has something changed recently? Here's one example, in the other I was 33% ahead.

From the Manual:

"Default victory conditions are that an army breaks and the side loses if 60% of its original troops are routed or dispersed, or if 40-59% are routed or dispersed and the enemy have lost at least 25% less."

So you cannot win if your opponent has less than 40% losses. It has always been that way.

I never knew that, I guess it has never really been relevant before as I never normally do so well so quickly and to have 2 happen at the same time made me question the conditions.
