Light horse falls back through melee units

The light horse used to be in red square and melee with warband(with blue indication for contact line). Then it falls back through the two melee units, foe veteran principes and friend warband. Is it WAD or is it a bug?

Strange.
The code is in place to prevent it.
I have set up an apparently identical situation and all works correctly.
Are you absolutely sure that the two infantry units were already in close combat before the light horse broke off?

Very strange then, I am unable to reproduce it.
