Uh-Oh - Preview screen someone else's

I somehow picked up another player's (Terminator Tunis 1.06 Scenario) preview in my Anzio scenario. How do I unscrew that back to default?

That was me and I apologize to you and Mr. T. I had downloaded his scenario for some CSI and it had remained in my Downloads folder. When I went to get a preview image for your Custom Scenario, I inadvertently extracted his instead. I will fix.
