No Retreat treat?

I've seen that there is a treat No70, No retreat. I tried to use it, as noRetreat in units.csv but maybe it is written differently because it does not work. Is it working at all or it's in WIP?

noRetreat is a commander-trait, originally designed for a Soviet Commisar, but it also works for any other land-commander.
I also gave it to Pietro Bruno who bravely fought with his tank despite shrapnel-wounds until his death.

Oh crap( One more thing on my wish list. There is no point in suicidal units to retreat
Maybe you know if it's possible to mod a specialization to work like quickretreat for the entire faction, or noretreat? I guess not... ( Perhaps with a scenario trigger

The only safe way to prevent retreat is to make a unit immobile.
You can create duplicates of existing specs for different nations - that's what I have done so far - but all of their effects are hardcoded. If you know how to code, feel free to (de)compile the Assembly-CSharp.dll file in the Managed folder.
I promise, in my next life I'm going to learn how to code.
