Danish can deploy their ships in British deployment zones. I don't think any gamer worth his weight in salt would ever use this exploit but I'm reporting just in case.

Unavoidable since the same player is in control of both the Danish and British.
Now if deployment hexes could be filtered by factions/nations in the editor this could be fixed...

Uhm, Norway has no land units (except 1 heroic AA gun ^^).
I checked deployment and turn 1 but nothing mobilised :-)

Edited: On turn 2 they mobilise properly alright

Historically the Norwegians mobilized using the postal service rather than the phone...
Hence the tardiness.

Is this no-german-land-reinforcements thing a bug? If so, it's better to restart now, let us know when you'll have new build ready.

Looks like it, haven't had a chance to check it yet.

Another thing I'll change is the current neutral nation free naval deployment. I really need to restrict this as it is too easy for a neutral player (like Norway) to park is navy in the Oslo fjord.
So there's going to be a historical deployment for most of the neutral navy ships.

I will also deploy the German Fallschimjäger units at full strength and add proper experience.

There will be a new version in a day or two.

I don't quite follow. How is Norway neutral in this scenario? You mean they shouldn't deploy their fleet in a way that indicates they are expecting an attack as they are neutral before the invasion ?

Norway has a very long coast-line and they needed to deploy all over the place to be able to react to possible Soviet, British (yes) and German aggression. That's one reason why the Norwegian navy kept their (old) panserskips Norge and Eidsvold at Narvik at not at Oslo.
Also remember that Sweden could have gone to war against Norway in 1905 when their union ended. A number of the Norwegian forts were guarding the Swedish border. The famous Hegra fortress near Trondheim had all its guns pointing east while the Germans attacked from the west.

The Danish needed to be able to react to aggression from Britain and German and thus needed to spread out their naval units.
Same thing with the Swedes. They where friendly with the Finns, not so much with the Soviets,

I can see you've got all the angles covered :-) We can't wait for the next build :-)

Danish island with Odense has no supply points. It's weird that danish units defending their own towns are out of supply.

Added missing supply in Danish Odense.

Scandinavian coastal gun and fortress strengths (and German captures) are now based on number of tubes in each unit.

Changed Norwegian coastal ships at Narvik from type 'BB Deutschland' to 'Support Ship'. (These ships were outdated at the start of WW1...)

Changed deployment of German at start units in the Oslofjord (south of Norwegian capital).

Changed Swedish air force and navy.

Probably some navigation error on her way to Cairo...

Changed Cairo spawn. It was actually correct in the editor, so this issue must've been a game bug.

Delayed all mobilizations and reinforcements for all factions one turn.

Possible new Kriegsmarine coastal gun locations and Luftwaffe airstrips in Norway are marked KM or LW on the map.

I hope you are not nerfing allies too much, looks like they are getting weaker with each new build :P

The Germans are also affected by the delayed reinforcements.

My main concern is that the Germans need to be able to get ashore and hold the majority of the invaded (Norwegian) ports.
The surprise invasions are difficult to get right.

A low start of supply points that steadily increases over turns by triggers should simulate unpreparedness and mobilization well enough.

If there won't be a snowball effect. In Road to Moscow it's hard to cope with losses even considering that you get 250 gold per turn (and even if you do not ressuply strategic and tactical bombers and conserve your fighters). This map is also huge with multiple fronts of naval/air/land forces. But as you said, the principle is good.
