GUI Scaling?

Is there a way to scale the GUI?
I have a 3840x2160 Monitor. Windows 10 (1803) is set to 175% scaling.
Game is run Fullscreen on this resolution. The GUI (and the text) is tiny.
The checkbox for high DPI doesn't seem to to anything.
I tried to set resolution to 1920x1080 fullscreen, but then everything is extremely blurry, which is strange since that normally works in other programs as a "solution".

For me the best solution is "Override High DPI Setting": "Application". (Game run at 1920x1080)
"System" does not improve sharpness for me.
Additionally checking "Program DPI" (I have a german windows, so it may be "Application DPI") may give a very slight improvement (I am not sure of this).

The sharpness is much improved, but still significantly worse than native resolution (3840*2160), where the win DPI settings don't change GUI size.

Just to be sure, have you tried to set it as "override High DPI Setting" to System and in game let the resolution as native (a.k.a. 3840*2160). This should solve the issue.
