Tips for Troubleshooting and Bug reporting

Hi guys,
If you have troubles running the game, please try the following first:
1. Make sure you meet the system requirements
2. Try running in administrator mode
3. Update your graphic drivers
If none of the above works, it is possible that you found a bug. Please let us know if this is the case and provide us as much information as possible.
If possible, can we ask you to report each bug as separate thread - do not add them to this thread.
When reporting a bug it would be very helpful if you can give us the game logs (find the button on the launcher) and tell us
- where you were in the game/what you were doing/what faction you are playing
- the error message (if any)
- If it is repeatable - and how to repeat it
- If you can send a save game that would be very helpful indeed.
- it might also be helpful to have a screenshot
- For slowdowns a copy of your DX Diag would be helpful as well
DXDIAG - how to get
How you get DXDIAG to run depends on your version of Windows.
Click on the Start button, then either click on run if you have a Run button, or type run into the search window and click on where it says "Run: Desktop App".
Type DXDIAG (or dxdiag) in the box, and hit OK.
After a little wait, a report window will appear. Click on save all information. Save it to your Desktop. Open the DxDiag file on your desktop and send it to support[at]slitherine.co.uk
