Death of Stalin Cheat

If you find yourself in a particularly difficult situation while playing a Panzerkrieg scenario utilize the Death of Stalin Cheat. What this means is you get to turn off the AI for 2 turns (#johnconnor).
You can set out the details on your own, but simply;
“Stalin has died of heart failure. Stavka has been thrown into disarray and no orders have been issued to frontline troops. Soviet forces have stopped all offensive operations until they receive information and new orders from Stavka. (Enable cheat #johnconnor for 2 turns)”
I made this up to justify getting around an impossible situation in the Demyansk Pocket.
