Artifacts - Setting to prefer having one of each type before duplicating

It would also be great if the map script could somehow spread the different types over the map. It can become *extremely* imbalanced when a faction has 3+ of the same one, especially when there are only ~six on the whole map... Just finished a Very Low artifact spawn setting game where the AI Necrons spawned in a corner next to *three* of the 20% health artifacts :shock:
