"None" option for artifacts request

Hi there, I do understnad that artifacts are the core elements to the game, but I just feel that they are too unbalanced for during competetive games, because you are mostly rely on luck to get them, so can we please have an option to totally disable them during map generation?
Also, AI really suffers from them as he does not understands the value of them and does not update the tactics after aquiring them. (especialy the health and regen artifacts)

Maybe there could be another more balanced solution to not lose this interesting feature. Maybe an option for the map creation that places the artifacts between players at the same distance so they have to fight for it and no one can have an artifact safely hidden in his backyard.

Like this:

The problem is quests rely on them so it would break the game.

We may be able to have no artifacts but it would also have to disable quests. same for wildlife.

The for the balance there will be problem of unsymetric maps, then along we'll go to a chess game :)
