Trouble with restarting after after installing latest patch

Need help restarting Panzer Corps after updating to latest Patch. I get the message "CRC check failed. Please try to reinstall game." Have reinstalled game a number of times and still getting message. What do I need to do"? Never got that message before in many years of playing game.

CRC errors means you have a corrupted installation. What's your Windows version, 32bit or 64bit?

Windows 10. 64bit.

Please follow these steps:
1. Uninstall all Panzer Corps expansions and DLC
2. Uninstall the base game Panzer Corps.
3. Download the file attached in this message PanzerCorps_ClRegKey-x64.zip
4. Unzip the downloaded file and run the extracted file PanzerCorps_ClRegKey-x64.reg
5. Allow the "program" to edit/delete the Windows registry keys regarding the game
6. Install Panzer Corps Werhmacht
7. Install Afrika Korps
8. Install the Panzer Corps Grand Campaign Mega Pack
9. Install Allied Corps
10. Install Sea Lion
11. Install Soviet Corps
12. Install US Corps campaigns
13. Install patch 1.30
That's the order for installing the game and expansions. Please skip those steps regarding expansions you don't have.
