[bugs!] Outposts does not provide any defence bonus

1) Outposts does not provide any defence bonus

Gorkonaut estimated attack on screenshot
vs two assault squads. One of them is in the outpost

2) Old One Artefact does not provide 20% damage bonus (I do not think that pictures are needed here).

the problem is solved by a patch 1.05 (new game is requied).
in the patch notes it was modestly noted by the two words "bug fixes"
