If you go to make a bastion after already performing an action with the techpriests. A bastion won't appear, but it still takes your minerals.

thanks for the report, but without a save or at least a version number eg build number, it can only be added to the buglist until it's replicated, but thanks for the report all the same, it will be added to the list of things which need finding and replicating then adding to a patch / fix

I think it will do but it will appear next turn. The bug is that if you issue a different order, it wont refund you when the build order is cancelled.
