Cavalry in uneven terrain charge some MF who are lining the edge of the terrain (but not in it). Do the cavalry get the +1 for charging MF in the open and do the MF get a -1 for fighting mounted in the the open if they lose?

I believe the answer is in the Glossary - Page 133.

And the answer is no to both.

If the MF were in the terrain and were charged by cav who didn't enter the terrain then both would apply
