[Crash] Game crashes in this save when using Chaplain healing skill

Steam version 1.03.
PC Windows 7 8 GB RAM.
I had this error and can reproduce it all the time.
Chaplain skill worked just fine before.
But in this save if I ever click on his skill, it will crash with the message above.
Already launched game again reloaded one turn before etc - happens all the time.
You can try it from the position in the save attached, you should find him near the Space Marines capitol, just near a heavy Necron attack.
It crashes when I use this skill.
I repeated this error from this save.

(note: it's the same save as the one with a Lord of Skulls killed by a DOT one hundred turns before and it seems completely unrelated)
