Slitherine

Hello i have just bought both Academy games but having trouble downloading scenarios. I see some are on the community list but many arent when i download the scenario i cant seem to be able to open it up with winzip or RAR or anything else i just have a blank box with the scenario name. Do i need something else to install them into the game? Hope to hear from someone soon thank you.
